I was assigned a responsibility to train and mentor 25 participants selected for TCS interviews.

12 Students got selected in TCS. Proud moment for us all.

All India level very few organizations could achieve that feat in terms of numbers.

Its a collective effort of many souls.

Hi Everyone.

Gods Grace conducted a Motivational Program for 40 Jail Inmates at Sindhudurg.

Our phones were deposited so we could not capture the photos.

Assigned officer will share them later as captured on his phone.

Key Highlights.

1. We started with a story of a boy and asked the inmates what one would have done if you had been in a similar situation.

Answers.
1. Commit Su***de.
2. Mental Disbalance.
3. Quit in Life

Then came positive answers too
1. Fought back
2. Took spiritual support
3. Positive Mindset.

Finally i told them. That boy is me.
If i can do it anybody can do it.

Then we conducted an energizer of Knots.

Results and Debrief

These inseparable knots are
1. Society and its perspectives
2. Unruly Expectations
3. Intoxications
4. Self Control
5. Unhealthy Competition

We undertook meditation and
Lot of sharing happened.

Finally they announced powerful declarations.

7 out of 40 inmates gave declarations with utmost energy and commitment.

Gods Grace what a day spent.
Some inmates communicated to Jail Superintendent that we need more such sessions regularly.

So happy to be part of such smaller changes.

This invite was a part of my Open Eyed Dream that i visualized very often.

I was having lunch in a fantatsic satvik hotel on expressway while returning from Pune.

I met this guy who chose to initiate a conversation with me.

He asked Sir, i work as a waiter in this restaurant and i am studying for Civil Services. Further this gentleman said i am scared and depressed about achieving the desired goals.

I simply said, Whatever actions and hardwork that You are already doing is ultimate success. Let the goals be surrendered to the Lord.

Ofcourse we exchanged a more indepth conversation which cannot be consolidated in one message.

Hope he is inspired enough to understand the deeper meaning that i learnt through struggles and i am still learning...
