We celebrated SARHUL Festival during assembly. SARHUL is a tribal festival. Mainly Celebrated in tribal regions of Jharkhand and Chattisgarh. People celebrate beginning of new year and also worship new crops, and food items on this day.
Tribals life mainly depends on forests so they worship mother earth and do a grand Celebration with lots of music and dance.
Our kids also extended gratitude towards trees and worshiped, hugged and said thank you to them

A drop of water is worth more than a sack og gold to a thirsty man.
Kids discussed the survey findings and discussed the result. They also discussed the best suggestion which we got through our survey to Save Water as usable Water is reducing everywhere and its time that we become cautious about our water usage practices and we also need to make others aware.

English day was celebrated and all classes did different activities to strengthen their English skills.
Class fifth and sixth designed a news paper with all handwritten articles and wonderful pictures about events happened in the school round the year. Class third and fourth got a story puzzle which they arranged in sequence to form a story. They also created a title for that story.
Where as class first and second participated in an extempore activity where they spoke on an object or a feeling they got after rolling a dice.
Purpose of celebration was to cherish English as a language.
