The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 makes learning joyful with its10 Bagless Days initiative for students of Classes VI–VIII.

Department of School Education and Literacy and PSSCIVE (NCERT) have developed Guidelines for the implementation of 10 Bagless Days in School. The Guidelines are inspiring schools across the country to offer experiential learning through pottery, arts, community engagement, workshops and local skills. Over 2.2 crore children have benefitted from these activities, which are undertaken through Samagra Shiksha funding.
