The Department of Administration Services, P.V. Polytechnic, SNDT Women’s University organized annual event of the department “PANACHE 2026” on 6 March 2026 in association with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) and the PVP SNDTWU Center for Skill Development.

The session was conducted by Ms. Sheetal Panchal, Strategic Growth Leader and Skill Development Trainer. She delivered an engaging and insightful session focusing on Entrepreneurship and administrative management skills.

The program was divided into two sessions:

Session 1: Entrepreneurship Mindset Program
In this session, Ms. Panchal introduced students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurial thinking. She emphasized the importance of creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and risk-taking abilities required to develop an entrepreneurial mindset.

Session 2: Administration Management for Entrepreneurship
This session focused on the administrative and managerial skills required to successfully run and manage entrepreneurial ventures. Students were introduced to practical aspects of planning, organizing, and managing business operations.

Several interactive activities and discussions were conducted during both sessions to enhance student participation and learning. These activities helped students understand entrepreneurial concepts in a practical and engaging manner.

Students from the Administration Services, Electronics, and Food Technology departments actively participated in the sessions and found them highly informative and motivating. The program provided valuable insights into entrepreneurship and encouraged students to explore innovative career opportunities.

The activity was conducted under the guidance of Ms. Madhuri Khachane, In-charge Head of the Department. The event was planned, organized, and successfully executed by the faculty members Ms. Smriti Tawde, Ms. Asawari Arote, and Ms. Madhura Nene.

The event was well received by the students and contributed to enhancing their entrepreneurial awareness and management skills.

‘Expertizing digital communication skills’
A 4-hour hand-on experience workshop on ‘Reel Making’ for effective digital communication was conducted by Ms. Nidhi Tiwari, influencer and visiting faculty and Ms. Smriti Tawde, Senior Lecturer for the students of Diploma in Administration Services, Semester III and V on 8th July, 2025.
The students were exposed to various technical and aesthetic aspects of developing content and making reel for the digital media in the most effective way.
