Happy to share some of the highlights from Power Grid Corporation Of India Limited (Powergrid) 's recent three-day Management Development Program on for female executives held at Goa Institute of Management (GIM).
Led by Professors Dr. Shelly Pandey, Dr. Anamika Sinha , Dr. Arpita Amarnani, Sneha Bhat, Ph.D , and Dr. Aamna Khan, these sessions not only provided valuable insights but also served as catalysts for meaningful discussions and exchanges among participants. The different perspectives, & experiences of working women in India were discussed, creating a lively environment of cooperation, education, and development.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Shri Alok (Executive Director, Powergrid Western Region), Shri. B L Kumre and Smt. Apoorva Soni for their invaluable contribution and for partnering with GIM - Executive Programmes for their employee training needs.

Yesterday, Professors Padmavathi Shenoy and Vithal Sukhtankar submitted their project report to NABARD Online on the topic of "Entrepreneurship empowerment support for MY PAD MY RIGHTS initiative in Goa."
This project studied the challenges faced by groups situated in & provided strategic and operational
recommendations to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem support for NABARD’s MPMR initiative.
We are thankful to Shri. Milind R. Bhirud (GM-NABARD Goa), Shri Vinay Deshpande (Asst. GM-NABARD Goa), and Smt. Sonali Bhogle (Asst. GM-NABARD Goa) for having complete faith in us and supporting us wholeheartedly throughout the project.

Concluded 2-day Management Development Programme for Trade Advisors of the High Commission, . Design thinking and business communication concepts were introduced to participants by Dr. Anamika Sinha and Dr. Karman Khanna .
Dr. Shelly Pandey led engaging and interactive sessions on team building and leadership in the midst of nature by trekking to a beautiful but less crowded beach in south Goa.
