Part time remote job opportunity, work from home 100% for a USA based National Preconstruction Firm.
List of Duties:
Quantify Drawings for scope of work assigned to.
Read Drawings and understand them.
Read Specifications and understand them.
Use software to quantify drawings.
Work in a team or alone 100% remotely.
Answer any questions needed to clarify work.
Eligibility - Architecture, Interior Design , and Civil Engineering backgrounds will be given first priority. Must have a working computer/laptop and stable internet to apply.
Skills Required:
English proficiency is required.
Some understanding of construction.
Payment
50 USD $ in the training period (per month for three months). Training time is usually 2-3 months. Then we will take a test and hire you based on a passing grade.
After completing training for 2/3 months, it will be pay per project 20 usd per project. You get paid as per the number of projects you finish.
There will be full time job opening (8 hour per day ) opportunities as well, which the starting salary will be 400 usd per month with occasional raises and bonuses.
