14 Health Camps Completed – 1,200+ Beneficiaries Served! 🙌

Under the CSR partnership between Sahara Health and Development Society and Kia India, our Mobile Medical Camp Initiative has successfully reached 14 rural and tribal locations across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, delivering free health check-ups, consultations, and medicines to over 1,200 people.

From Chincholi to Kopla and Pallikonda to Bomidi, every camp brought quality healthcare closer to those who need it most.

Alongside healthcare, we are dedicated to building inclusive educational institutions and implementing vocational skill development programs that enhance employability and create sustainable livelihoods for those in need.

Our journey is driven by a belief in strong internal systems, institutional collaboration, and accountability to ensure high- quality outcomes. Today, Sahara proudly provides healthcare services to over 1,000 people every day and educational and vocational opportunities to more than 500 students annually, across 25 centers in six states.

As we look ahead, our goal is to evolve as a community-driven organization — one that continuously contributes to the overall development of vulnerable and marginalized populations, enabling them to lead lives of dignity, independence, and purpose.

We are delighted to share the success of the Joint General Health Check-up and Medical Camp organized in Haliyal – The Green Heart of Uttara Kannada (Karnataka) — a collaborative effort by Arohan Financial Services Limited (CSR Initiative) and Sahara Health and Development Society.

As part of Arohan’s unwavering commitment to , this initiative focused on extending services to underserved .

💚 Highlights of the Initiative:

🩺 139+ beneficiaries from nearby villages received comprehensive health check-ups — including blood pressure, blood sugar, and general health assessments.

👩‍⚕️ Consultant doctors provided free medical consultations and prescribed medicines for 7–10 days.

💊 Beneficiaries with specific health concerns were guided to visit Sahara Inclusive Hospital, Sangareddy (Telangana) or nearby government hospitals in Bidar and Sangareddy districts.

🙌 25 dedicated volunteers from both organizations ensured smooth coordination, care, and follow-up support.

Through this initiative, Arohan Financial Services Limited reinforced its CSR focus areas — promoting:

A Memorable Interaction with Bryce Johnson – Inclusive Designer, Microsoft Devices

We had the extreme privilege of meeting Mr. Bryce Johnson, Bryce Johnson a globally respected Inclusive Designer for Microsoft Devices, and sharing our perspectives on creating inclusive health services for all.

During his visit, we showcased the work of Sahara Health and Development Society in the field of disability rehabilitation services for children, elderly people, and underserved communities. His keen interest, valuable insights, and appreciation for our initiatives have added immense value to our mission.

Bryce’s reflections have given us a new dimension to view our work, inspiring us to enhance the impact and inclusivity of our healthcare programs. His expertise in inclusive design resonates deeply with our efforts to ensure that healthcare services are accessible, compassionate, and empowering for everyone, regardless of ability or circumstance.

SAHAYA : An Outreach Healthcare initiative by Sahara at Irigipally Gram panchayath of Sangareddy Distirct covering Irigipally, mubarakpur and neoibhoiurhood villages.
Sahaya Project focuses on outreach healthcare to the senior citizens, women and Persons with disabilites who can not travel or afford primary care.
Sahara Hospital Sangareddy is run by NGO Sahara Society. Services are provided at non profit Mode and community service is our agenda.
