The MUN session will comprise of two committees –
i) General Assembly
ii) UN HRC (United Nations Human Rights Council)
2. e. 14th February and 15th February 2015 ; each day being divided into 2 halves with each half consisting of 4 hours.
3. The total number of participating countries is kept at 150; and the registration will be done on first-come first-serve basis.
4. The registration form wi
ll be available at Samavesh 2k15 website and page from 21st January, 2015.
5. Last date of registration – 6th February, 2015. Further no entries will be entertained.
6. The maximum number of delegates for each country is kept at 2; but individual participation will be permitted in accordance with the general size of participating delegates.
7. The registration fees is Rs.200 per head, including lunch for both days.
8. For the delegates who are seeking for fooding and accommodation they can refer to the details mentioned below :-
Hotel accommodation + dinner + breakfast = Rs. 2,500/-
Lodge accommodation + dinner + breakfast = Rs.1,500/-
Hostel accommodation + dinner + breakfast = Rs.750/-
9. The participants should bring their identity proof on the day of session else their participation will be nullified.
