On 11th july 2024, the Centre of Excellence- Regional Development and Tribal Studies - RDTS, Sambalpur University observed World Population day. Also organised one rally in the University campus to spread awareness.

The Centre of Excellence- Regional Development and Tribal Studies - RDTS, Sambalpur University is going to organise an one day Workshop on Future of Sambalpuri Handloom: Entrepreneural approach on 19th December 2022 in the Conference Hall, Department of Anthropology, Sambalpur University at 10.30am.

A recent study conducted by Centre of Excellence- Regional Development and Tribal Studies on Drugs, Alcohol, Smoking and To***co consumption among the adolescent and adult in Sambalpur Municipal Corporation.

On the occasion of International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women”, CoE-RDTS, Dept. of Anthropology & Sociology are organising a rally in our University campus.
