DPMI - Kolkata DPMI, established in 1996 at Delhi is India's leading Paramedical Institute . DPMI Kolkata is first DPMI institute in West Bengal exists.

With a boom in health sector and emergence of many hospitals, the Paramedical Industry is one of the most rapidly emerging sectors in India. Huge shortage of skilled man-power like lab technicians, OT technicians, ECG technicians, nursing assistants, etc. At present, India is the leading country in paramedical industry in Asia Pacific regions

According to estimates a total of 90 lacs skilled paramedical people will be required by 2020. There are 3.5 Lacs vacancies in this year itself. 80% would be required in entry and mid-levels, giving students ample opportunities to make their career in this field. DPMI, equipped with advanced study courses, was established in 1996 at Delhi (India) with the objective of providing quality paramedical education at 10th , 10+2, graduate and post graduate levels to young aspirants in various disciplines of health care. It is India’s Number 1 Paramedical Institute. DPMI is focussed on value addition to the courses that it offers to the student community and provides the unique combination of technical experience, opportunities and choices. This institute is working towards creating a band of well-trained Paramedical professionals.
