Position 1: CSWIP Welding Inspector
Position 2: QAQC Inspector
Years of Experience: 5 to 8+ Years
Technical Qualification: CSWIP 3.1, ASNT L2
Education Qualification: B. Tech, BE, Diploma
Duration: 4 Month + extendable
Locations: Dahej Gujarat
Experience in: Piping and Pressure vessels
Roles and responsibilities:
• Performed welding inspection for piping and pressure vessel fabrication, including fit-up, joint preparation, welding parameters, interpass temperature, and visual inspection as per approved WPS/PQR and project specifications.
• Reviewed WPS, PQR, welder qualification records, material certificates, and welding consumable certificates to ensure compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.
• Conducted dimensional inspection and stage-wise fabrication checks for pressure vessels, piping spools, nozzles, supports, and associated components in accordance with approved drawings and ITPs.
• Coordinated and witnessed NDT activities including RT, UT, MT, and PT, reviewed NDT reports, and verified weld acceptance criteria as per applicable codes and specifications.
• Prepared and maintained inspection reports, weld traceability records, punch lists, NCRs, hydrostatic test documentation, and final QA/QC dossiers for piping and pressure vessel fabrication.

Position 1 : corrosion Engineer ( Onshore)
Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
Years of Exp – Minimum 15 years relevant experience preferably in the Oil & Gas or similar process industry.
Technical Qualification: NACE Specialist certification is preferable Thorough knowledge, formal training, and experience with relevant international Codes & Standards including but not limited to NACE, ASTM, ISO, API 571, API 580, and Risk Based Equipment Strategy processes.
Duration: Long Term
Location - Qatar
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Offshore Experience required.
• Inspected metallic and non-metallic materials for corrosion and service suitability.
• Conducted corrosion inspection of pipelines, piping and static equipment.
• Monitored welding activities and reviewed related inspection and NDT reports.
• Inspected coating and cathodic protection systems for corrosion prevention.
• Performed offshore inspection and maintenance activities for pipelines and static equipment.

Position 2 : Onshore Corrosion Engineer with Offshore experience.
Qualification – Bachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited University Program..
Years of Exp – Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or similar process industry.
Technical Qualification: NACE Specialist certification is preferable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Experience with high pressure sour service corrosion engineering activities.
• Preferable to be certified or knowledgeable with NACE MR175, offshore CP system , pipeline internal corrosion control design , offshore high pressure sour service material selection and failure analysis.
• Experience in advising on metallurgy/material selection and material substitutions, including development of Material Selection Diagrams.
• Familiar with review and selection of coating systems.
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software; knowledge of Access, Meridium, and SAP is preferred.
• Understanding material degradation and corrosion control principles, safety and environmental requirements, and risk assessment.
• Extensive exposure to in-service Equipment Integrity, chemical injection, inhibition, and control.
• Boiler & Cooling Water Treatment and Corrosion Monitoring experience.
