At Gurukul, students celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights, in a vibrant and inclusive way. Our school is adorned with colorful decorations, and students eagerly participate in various Diwali-themed activities. They create intricate rangoli designs, learn about the cultural and religious significance of the festival, and enjoy traditional music and dance performances.
During Diwali, students exchange gifts and share traditional sweets with their classmates, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie. Our school takes pride in providing a welcoming and accepting environment for all students, regardless of their cultural or religious background. Teachers incorporate Diwali-related lessons into the curriculum, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to learn about and appreciate the diversity of their peers' traditions.
Gurukul recognizes and respects the importance of Diwali to its students and accommodates those who wish to celebrate by allowing time off for religious observance and providing space for Diwali festivities. By embracing Diwali, the school promotes diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect within the school community, creating a positive and enriching experience for all students.
