आज 9 नवंबर 2024 को दून्स प्राइड पब्लिक स्कूल के प्रांगण में अंतर सदनीय क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें प्रथम मैच (सीनियर)अर्जुन सदन और नानक सदन के बीच खेला गया। जिसकी शुरुआत विद्यालय की एकेडमिक डायरेक्टर श्रीमती अनु कहलो मैम के द्वारा टॉस उछालकर की गई। साथ ही विद्यालय निर्देशिका श्रीमती डी. जस्सर मैम भी इस अवसर पर मौजूद रही। इसमें नानक सदन ने टॉस जीतकर पहले गेंदबाजी करने का फैसला किया। पहले बल्लेबाजी करने उतरी अर्जुन सदन की टीम ने निर्धारित 08 ओवर के कोटे में कुल 100 रन का स्कोर बनाया।जिसमें अर्जुन सदन के बल्लेबाज आयुष मित्तल ने काफी अच्छी पारी खेली। 101 रन के लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी नानक सदन की टीम ने एक ही ओवर (4th) में 34 रन की बदौलत अंतिम ओवर में रोमांचक जीत हासिल की ।और इस मैच का मैन ऑफ द मैच का पुरस्कार मयंक तोमर (नानक सदन)को उनके शानदार प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रदान किया गया। इसके पश्चात जूनियर वर्ग के भी प्रथम मैच का आयोजन किया गया ।जो नानक सदन एवं टेरेसा सदन के बीच खेला गया जिसमें नानक सदन ने टॉस जीतकर पहले गेंदबाजी करने का फैसला किया। पहले बल्लेबाजी करने उतरी टेरेसा सदन की टीम ने निर्धारित ओवर मे 49 रन का स्कोर खड़ा किया। 50 रन के लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी नानक सदन की टीम कुल 39 रन ही बना सकी। इस प्रकार टेरेसा सदन इस मैच में 10 रन से विजयी रहा। और इस मैच में सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन के लिए आदित्य प्रताप को मैन ऑफ द मैच प्रदान किया गया। इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के प्रबंधक कर्नल श्री एचएस जस्सर सर , विद्यालय निर्देशिका श्रीमती डी. जस्सर मैम और एकेडमिक निर्देशिका अनु कहलो मैम ने बच्चों को उनके अच्छे प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया और कहा कि खेल मानसिक ,शारीरिक और सामाजिक विकास के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। यह हमें स्वस्थ रखने ,दिमाग की क्षमता को विकसित करने, सामरिकता का अभ्यास करने और टीमवर्क करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है। इस अवसर पर सभी शिक्षक गण मौजूद रहे।

- *Flag Hoisting Ceremony*: *Our esteemed school Chairman Col. H.S. Jassar Sir, Honorable Director D. Jassar Ma'am, Director Academics Anupreet Kahlon Ma'am* and all teachers unfurled the national flag, followed by the National Anthem, setting the tone for a day filled with patriotism and pride.
*- Lamp lighting ceremony* - A beautiful lamp lighting ceremony took place after flag hoisting. Symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and the bright future of our school.

- *Cultural Extravaganza*: Our talented students showcased their artistic prowess through:

⁃ Dance performances that mesmerized the audience

Celebrating excellence and achievements: Where dreams meet dedication and hard work.

Today a prize distribution ceremony was held at our school campus. The event, marked with prestigious awards and commendations, showcased the remarkable achievements of its students from class L.k.G to class IX and XI.
Students who have secured I, II and III positions in the academic Session 2023 24.
Students with the highest attendance were also awarded prizes and certificates.

Awards serve as a powerful catalyst, which ignites our spirits and fuels our drive towards greater achievements.

Director D.JASAAR MA'AM and all the teachers congratulated the students and encouraged them to work hard in the upcoming Session 2024-25.

Parvasoutsav(welcome ceremony for new students)was also held at our school campus.
This aids in pacifying their hesitant hearts and inquisitive minds while helping them get acquainted with the ways of the school 🏫.
