The bonding between a brother and a sister is simply unique and is beyond description in words. The auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan celebrates this special relationship of sibling love. On this day, a sister ties a Rakhi around the wrist of her brother in order to pray for his prosperity, health and well-being. The brother in return offers gifts and promises to protect his sister from any harm and under every circumstance. With a view to acquaint our little ones, with the importance and tradition of this festival the Raksha Bandhan Celebration was organized for the children of K.L.G Public School. It was indeed a delight to see the young ones observing the tradition of tying Rakhis by the girls and the offering of gifts and sweets by the boys.
