We will help them in understanding their goal and identifying their strengths,weaknesses and interests so they can explore their career options.This self awareness will help guide them throughout their lifetime of exploring and being successful on job. Positive youth development experiences lay the groundwork for positive long-term outcomes for young people by providing opportunities, building relationships, and furnishing the support needed to build on their leadership skills. Youth leadership can take place through formal programs, informal participation in school clubs and activities, or community involvement.involvement. We will help students build social skills and learn how to interact in new environment, develop empathy for other perspectives, and build teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
