*Teachers Empowered* *Through Engaging Life Skills Training at Skill -Ed Globizens School Behat Road Saharanpur*

An enriching and activity-based CBSE In-House Training Programme on “Life Skills (Advanced)” was organized at Skill-Ed Globizens School, Saharanpur on May 30, 2026 in the ATL. The session aimed at strengthening essential life skills among teachers through innovative and experiential learning techniques.
The programme commenced on an auspicious note with the ceremonial lamp lighting followed by the Maa Saraswati Vandana.

Principal Ms.Ruchi Gupta formally inaugurated the programme by extending her best wishes to all the participants and resource persons. She emphasized that life skills are essential for developing confident, balanced, and emotionally strong individuals.
The resource persons,Ms.Shalini Swarup and Mr. Pankaj Kumar Kansal, conducted the session enthusiastically and kept the participants actively engaged throughout.
A variety of interactive activities such as Read & Speak, Act It Out, Decode the Code, role plays, and problem-solving tasks were conducted to enhance communication skills, decision-making abilities, critical thinking, and teamwork among the teachers. Through innovative role-play activities, the trainers emphasized the significance of life skills in handling real-life situations effectively and highlighted the importance of developing a strong and positive mindset.
The teachers participated wholeheartedly and appreciated the practical approach of the session. The programme concluded on a positive note with encouraging feedback from the participants, a token of gratitude presented to the resource persons, with an inspiring message by the Principal, Ms. Ruchi Gupta.
The training programme proved to be highly insightful and motivating, leaving the participants inspired to incorporate life skills into both personal and professional spheres.
