SMR International School brings the spirit of democracy into the classroom through Mock Election 2026—a dynamic, experiential learning initiative designed to familiarise students with the complete electoral journey, from election awareness and nomination to campaigning, voting, counting and the formation of a Mock Parliament.

🔹 28 September — Introduction to the Electoral Process & Announcement of Election Dates
🔹 30 September — Nomination Process
🔹 3 October — Election Campaigning
🔹 5 October — Voting Day I | Classes VI–VIII
🔹 6 October — Voting Day II | Classes IX–XI
🔹 8 October — Vote Counting & Mock Parliament Session

As an integral part of this learning experience, an MCQ-based assessment will be conducted to evaluate students’ understanding of the electoral process, democratic principles and key concepts explored throughout the activity.
