This year India will be celebrating its 73rd Republic Day. The day is celebrated to mark India’s complete independence or Poorna Swaraj that took a long time to finally achieve. Freedom fighters like Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh and a plethora more, fought courageously for the country to attain autonomy. 🇮🇳

❤️❤️Getting angry is one of the basic emotions. We get angry when we have to experience anything which is against our routine , being delay in time, against our principe and practice etc. Especially being a parent we get angry with many of Child’s behavior. It is fine to experience that but try to acknowledge it and calm down instead of Controlling .

❤️❤️Acknowledging an emotion gives us long term happiness than controlling .

So much truth in this. It doesn’t matter what brand of clothes your kids are wearing, when they slept through the night, when they potty trained, when they start reading, how many words they know, what you do today and how many tantrums they have. What matters is that they are loved and accepted for who they are.....and that means starting with accepting yourself and all that you offer to them. Forget the superficial stuff and focus on the love 💕💕
