A career counselling session was successfully conducted at Stoneridge International School by Twin Win for the students of Class 12. The program commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge, followed by the presentation of a bouquet as a gesture of welcome and respect. The event was graced by the presence of the Managing Director Sir and the Principal Sir, whose encouragement added great value to the session.
The counselling session was led by esteemed resource persons, Mr. Anshul Vashishth and Mrs. Aparna, who provided insightful guidance on career choices, emerging opportunities, and decision-making strategies. The session was highly engaging and interactive, with students actively asking their queries and seeking clarification on various career paths, courses, and future prospects. The resource persons addressed each question thoughtfully, making the session informative and impactful. With joy and gratitude, SRIS celebrated Motherโs Day with our little stars from Classes I and II on 25th April 2026. ๐
This special activity was dedicated to honoring the unconditional love, care, and sacrifices of mothers. Our young students expressed their affection through creative crafts, beautifully decorating paper plates with photos, colors, beads, and stars โ each one a heartfelt tribute to their moms. ๐จ๐

๐ Healing the Earth, One Masterpiece at a Time! ๐ฟ
Today, the hallways of SRIS were buzzing with green energy as our Grade 6 to 8 students celebrated World Earth Day 2026! ๐จโจ
Our young environmentalists took a break from their regular lessons to focus on the planet, using art as a powerful tool to spread the message of conservation and sustainability. It was inspiring to see such passion and creativity directed toward protecting our common home.
๐๏ธ Highlights of the Day:
โป๏ธ Scrap Collage Making: Turning "trash into treasure!" Students collected old magazines, newspapers, and discarded fabrics to create stunning textures and visuals. It was a perfect lesson in upcycling and seeing beauty in the items we often throw away.
๐ผ๏ธ Poster Making: Our students didn't hold back on their messages! From "Invest in Our Planet" to "There is No Planet B," the posters featured bold slogans, intricate drawings of the natural world, and urgent calls to action for climate justice.

Inter-House Debate Competition โ Earth Day
*Debate is a great activity for students to improve their speaking skills and build confidence.
It also helps them think logically, listen carefully, and respect othersโ opinions.*
To mark the occasion of Earth Day, an inter-house debate competition was held. It was an interesting debate among Class 8 A, B, and C on the topic, โIs nuclear energy a necessary bridge to move away from fossil fuels, or is it too dangerous for the planet?โ
The participants took part with full enthusiasm and put forward their points strongly. The students gave tough competition to each other. The audience was attentive and took great interest in the debate.
The participants were Hardik Jora and Diya Bansal (Phoenix House), Saksham Gupta and Aradhya Pal (Griffin House), Harshi Chaudhary and Shifa Ruhama Minj (Centaur House), and Aditya Lohani and Aradhya (Unicorn House).
The results were as follows:
Winner: Saksham Gupta, Shifa Ruhama Minj
First Runner-up: Harshi Chaudhary
Second Runner-up: Diya Bansal
The judges Sapna Maโam and Manish Tamta Sir gave their judgement on several points. It was a great day for students to learn something new. Principal Sir, Mr. Sanjeev Stephen, sat along with the students and guided them with his vision on this topic.
