Dear Children...
All those who ve passed out from CV...
Hari om...and my good wishes....

How are you all...Last year we had our Alumni function..its now one year over....
We had recently concluded our 26thAnnual day celebration.
It was a nice one.
This uear we ve achieved a lot in different fields..NTSE ...Rajkishor Behera...KVPY...Aush Sahoo....ICSE topper ...State topper with 98.8 % ISC ...97% National Drawing Champion....And many more....
One help I need ....
Now a days after Ryan School Murder case...Govt. has become v v strict about Security ....any lapse means we shall be in deep trouble.
So we are afraid of conducting Annual Day celebration in Night time.Now it is very difficult to control our own students....in this situation it will be v difficult to control Pass out students.
Among pass outs all are not indisciplined...neither all are disciplined...but we can not discriminate...Hence We ve decided ...Annual day will be strictly meant for present Students reading in school and their parents only....as this year we are providing photo I cards for parents too.
This is essential.
We propose to ve a nice cultural shows of Selected programmes of Annual Day specially for Aumni on the next evening.
They can register online ...if wish to come....
Arrange ur own meeting...then we will show u our students performance...u all can enjoy...and go...in an evening where only Alumni will be there.
So no pass out will be coming to our Annual Day function.....
But pass outs can come on the next day ...and enjoy the same programmes....
Alumni will ve their own meeting.....before cultural show.
I hope being CVIANS you will surely cooperate and help us.

HARI OM !!

CVEM Alumni Association is creating a database of the alumni of our Vidyalaya. This is not related to the alumni meet we are going to have this month.

This database shall help to keep the record and contact details of all the alumni which shall ultimately help us to contact everybody whenever necessary.

The Google form requires one to sign in to his/her Google accounts and one has the option to edit one's details even after submission.

Hence all the ex-students are requested to fill up the form and be a part of CVEM ALUMNI Family.

Its not for alumni attendance this year. This database will be kept and managed by Chinmaya Vidyalaya Alumni Association . This will be a permanent database and you can keep on updating your infos.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya [E.M], Chhend Colony Rourkela which is now 25 year old is celebrating its Silver Jubilee this year in the month of December, the date of 26th December, 2016 is being devoted to us.
On this regard, it is privileged to invite all the Alumni from batch 2001 to 2016 to attend the said activity to meet your old friends, classmates, teacher, reminiscing memorable experiences and sharing stories of success. All the alumni being the valued ambassador, we want your continued association with the school. To approve you in brief, to attend event one has to register with Rs.500 Registration information described below.

The event on 26th december will begain at 4:30 pm.
The slots for the evening will be like:
* Welcome
* Formal Meeting
* Memory Sharing
* Culural Program
- Chorus
- Welcome Dance (Oddissi)
- Solo Performance ( nos. according to the no of participation from alumni)
- Group Dance ( nos. according to the no of participation from alumni )
- Skit (any language)
- Fashion Parade (Ethnic theme)
* Music concert
* Dinner

Events can be done by individual batches or by making a group with other batches but caring the concept of Silver Jubilee of school, school memories. Being the alumni of this school, its our responsibility to make this event successful. New innovative ideas are heavily welcome. We want participation from all batches.

We had a meeting today at school and the following were discussed and finalised.
CV is celebrating its Silver Jubilee year in 2016-17 .
The Alumni function is scheduled to be on 26.12.16 at school .
Time 4.30 pm onwards followed by dinner.
Agenda--
a) Formal meeting
b) Entertainment programme
c) Dinner.

1) Chinmaya Alumni needs members to work for this programme and make it a memorable one.
All pass out students having Chinmaya Orientation and love and respect for the vidyalaya should come forward to offer their creativity, physical and emotional support .Kindly send your names by 30th Nov positively to the principals what's app no. Or to the page of cvem alumni . These all people should be available in Rourkela from all pass out batches .
This group will plan and execute the project.

2) All batches must represent on 26.12.16 .to make it a great event.We need to invite all our teachers and staff and honour them .
