We are excited to announce a collaboration between the Student Mentorship Program (SMP) and Alumni Mentorship Program (AMP). Our aim is to provide first-year students with a comprehensive mentorship experience by linking them with assigned alumni who will serve as their "first point of alumni contact."

The SMP-AMP collaboration is beneficial for both first-year students and SMP mentors. The program provides a holistic approach to mentorship, covering academic, personal, and career growth through tailored mentoring processes. First-year students will receive guidance from both SMP and AMP mentors, while SMP mentors will receive support and training to enhance their mentorship skills and plan for their own future beyond college.

The Student Mentorship Program IIT Roorkee wishes you a very Happy 74th Republic Day!
