🎭🦁 Mask-O-Mania – A Celebration of Creativity & Imagination! 🐼✨

DPS Roorkee witnessed a vibrant wave of creativity as the students of Classes I, II, and III enthusiastically participated in “Mask-O-Mania”, the Animal Mask Making Activity. From roaring lions to playful pandas and colourful jungle creatures, our young learners showcased their imagination, artistic skills, and joyful enthusiasm through beautifully crafted masks. 🎨🐾

The activity provided a wonderful platform for students to express themselves creatively while enhancing fine motor skills, confidence, and collaborative learning in a joyful classroom environment. 🌈✨

INTRA CLASS LITERARY COMPETITION
Held on: 25/4/2026

An Intra-Class Poem Recitation, Storytelling and Speech Competition was organized in our school by the English Department with great enthusiasm and active participation from students. The event aimed to enhance students’ confidence, creativity, and communication skills.

Students showcased their talents with great zeal and preparation. In the poem recitation segment, participants expressed emotions beautifully through voice modulation and expressions. The storytelling competition was filled with imagination and creativity, where students narrated engaging and meaningful stories. In the speech competition, participants spoke confidently on various topics, presenting their ideas clearly and effectively.

Overall, it proved out to be the best platform for students to enhance their Public-Speaking Skills.

Little Speakers Corner – Show and Tell Activity (World Veterinary Day)
Our Kindergarten students participated enthusiastically in the Little Speakers Corner activity on World Veterinary Day. They spoke about their favourite animals using toys and props, helping build confidence and communication skills. The activity also encouraged kindness and care towards animals, making it a fun and meaningful learning experience.

We are delighted to share that the results of the *Neat and Harmonious Hooks Competition,* held on *11th April 2026,* have been officially declared today. 🎉

This competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of *Classes I to XII,* who showcased remarkable efforts in maintaining cleanliness, organizing their books neatly, and presenting their work with creativity and discipline. 📚✨

🏆 The students displayed a wonderful sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, making this event truly inspiring and successful.
👏 We proudly congratulate all the classes that secured *First, Second, and Third positions* for their excellent performance.

An Earth Day activity was conducted for Class 1 students to create awareness about protecting our planet.
They learned simple ways to care for the environment, such as saving water, planting trees, and keeping their surroundings clean. The activity was fun, interactive, and helped develop a sense of responsibility towards Mother Earth among the young learners.
