ANNUAL SPORTS DAY AND ATHLETIC MEET 2025

Army Public School No.1 BEG & Centre, Roorkee celebrated its 35th Raising Day on 19 Dec 2025 in which around 1500 children showcased their discipline and unity through vibrant display of physical standards. The event was a culmination of 48 track and field events that lasted for 3 days with participation of over 400 athletes.

Army Public School No.1 Roorkee shines the brightest at Arya Kanya Inter College, Roorkee, in the Sanskrit events hosted by Uttarakhand Sanskrit Academy. Students excelled in:
▪️Junior Shlokochcharan: Ankit Singh (1st Place)
▪️Junior Group Dance: Aanchal, Srishti, Akshika, Diksha, Jyoti, Sonakshi, Deepika (3rd Place)
▪️Senior Group Song: Jahnvi, Vaishnavi, Rajan, Tanvi, Aayushi, Pooja Pawar, Aditi, Srijan (2nd Place)
The events promoted Sanskrit language and showcased students' talents, upholding cultural heritage.
