'NINJA' at Roorkee College of Engineering (RCE) on the occasion of UTKARSH-2023

Heartily Congratulations to all the students who have been placed in Byju's, a well-known online education company! This is a huge achievement and we are incredibly proud of you. Your hard work, dedication, and skills have paid off, and you are now embarking on a new and exciting journey in your career.

On 24.03.2023, a campus recruitment drive was organized in Haridwar University(RCE) by Byju's, a well-known online education company. In which, under the leadership of the company's officer Mr. Risabh Arora and T&P manager Mr. Ashish Tyagi, the company organized a campus drive for the final year graduate students of all courses for recruitment. In the first phase, 105 students were given information about the company in digital mode by the officials of the company. In the second phase, the representatives of the company tested the reasoning power of the students. Out of which 40 students were selected for personal interview, in the final interview the company selected 9 students. Along with this, third year students were also offered internship by the company.

The officials of the company praised the talent of the students and the efforts of the college, along with this expressed their desire to provide such employment opportunities every year in the college. On this occasion, Chairman of the organization CA Satyendra Gupta, Secretary Mr. Naman Bansal, Director General Prof. Mrs. Rama Bhargava (Former Head Deptt. of Mathematics, Head QIP, Dean Admin, Member BOG and Member of Institute Finance Committee, IIT Roorkee) appreciated the cooperation of the students and T&P executive and wished the selected students that, "We wish you all the best in your new role and hope that you will continue to learn, grow, and excel in your career. Remember, success is not just about achieving your goals, but also about how you conduct yourself along the way."
