The Department of Microbiology, Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College Sri Anandpur Sahib has taken the initiative to start a UGC approved Skill based Vocational Course "INDUSTRIAL MICROBIOLOGY" with multiple Exit options. In this time of pandemic, the course is the "SUNSHINE AREA" with immense opportunities in the age of "NEW NORMALS". This course will enrich the students with all the required skills to be placed as MICROBIOLOGISTS in the various Industrial sectors (Pharmaceutical,Dairy, Food, Beverage, Agriculture, Biofertilizers, Biopesticides, Wastewater Management etc.) and Academics.
