Happy (Belated) World Social Work Day!

On this special occasion, MSW students of NEHU, Tura Campus, came together to celebrate and reflect on the impact of social work. The day was marked by inspiring speeches, creative e-posters, and engaging videography-highlighting our commitment to making a difference.

This year's theme, "Strengthening Intergenerational Solidarity for Enduring Well-being," reminds us of the importance of unity across generations in building a better future.

Social Work Programme, North-Eastern Hill University organized Free Eye Check- Up in Collaboration with Eye Care Center, Shillong.
Many people have turned up from different community (Sasatgre, Chandigre and Oragitik) and have received the benefits.
I was the initiative of the students Social Workers of Sasatgre Fieldwork Group under the Supervisor of Sir. O. Shangdiar.
