An was organised on the topic to motivate the students and staff to donate the blood thereby contributing in saving many lives. Dr. I. B. Kotturshetti Principal and CMO RGESAMC Ron presided over the function. Resource Person Dr. M. M. Hiremath MBBS, FIPS of Dharwad Blood bank briefed about the components of blood and apheresis techniques used in the blood bank. He shared his clinical experience highlighting the essentiality of blood in various emergency conditions. Dr. B. B. Katarki Deputy medical superintendent, Dr. Harshavardhan Byalihal Professor and Head, PG department of Shareera Rachana, were among the other dignitaries on the stage. Staff and students were present during the event.

Cultural fest got a kickstart with a unique inaugural ceremony. The inaugural function was presided over by Dr. I. B. Kotturshetti, Principal and CMO RGESAMC Ron. fame singer Mrs.Suhana Syed graced the occasion as Chief guest and rocked the stage with her melodious tracks. Mr. Santosh, Professional Singer Ron joined her in a few songs. Honorary guest Dr. S. N. Kushtagi RSO, DTL RGESAMC shared her experience as coordinator for 2 decades. Dr. T. V. Halagatti, Assistant professor,PG Department of Kayachikitsa was among the other dignitaries present on the stage. Students and staff relished the moments of Music and Dance during the inaugural ceremony.

A workshop was organised today in auditorium hall in association with S B AYURVEDA ACADEMY. Dr. I. B. Kotturshetti Principal and CMO RGESAMC presided over the formal inauguration. Chief guest and Resource person Dr. Ravindra Kumar Arahunsi, Professor and Head, Department of Kayachikitsa SAMC Hubballi, demonstrated the methodology of ECG and briefed about the interpretation of ECG necessary for general practice. Other dignitaries on the stage included Dr.A. M. Adi Professor and Head, PG department of Kayachikitsa, RGESAMC and Dr.J. I. Hiremath, Professor, PG Department of Panchakarma RGESAMC. Interns and 3rd phase students actively participated in the event.

A Guest lecture was organised in association with Dr. P. V. Jayade Memorial foundation in the auditorium hall today. Dr. I. B. Kotturshetti, Principal and CMO RGESAMC Ron presided over the formal function. Chief guest and Resource person Dr. D. Raghavendran, Consultant Head, Arya Vaidya pharmacy, Coimbatore delivered a lecture on the topic STROKE MANAGEMENT IN AYURVEDA and explained different treatment modalities in stroke. Honorary guest Dr. Gautham Jayade, Oral- maxillofacial surgeon and Director Jayade Trust, briefed about the origin of the foundation and its concern for healthcare in the society. Dr. Anand Adi, Prof & Head, Department of Kayachikitsa were among other dignitaries on the stage. Staff members and students witnessed the event.

Guest of honour Dr. J. I. Hiremath, Professor PG department of Panchakarma, recalled his journey in academics and advised students to adapt the principles of Ayurveda. Chief guest Dr. Kallesh Hiremath Assistant professor, Department of Kayachikitsa, BMJ Ayurvedic Medical College, Gajendragad in his speech highlighted the need of Ayurveda in current lifestyle diseases. Dr. Rakesh. T. C Nodal officer, NAD2025 & Assistant professor Department of Swastavritta RGESAMC Ron briefed about the various events held on account of Dr. Shreya Shetty, Assistant professor, Department of Agada ta**ra delivered keynote address on Dr. Abrar Ahmad Mulla Assistant professor Department of Shalyata**ra coordinated the result announcement of NATIONAL LEVEL VIDEO MAKING COMPETITION which was organised to mark . Dr. Shreepriya Assistant professor Department of Siddhanta & samhita coordinated the prize distribution of FOOD MAKING COMPETITION. Dr. Vidhyashree A, Assistant professor PG Department of Panchakarma coordinated distribution of prizes for e-POSTER COMPETITION organised for PG scholars. During the program dignitaries were felicitated for their services towards Ayurveda.
