The Indian Game theory Society is conducting a seminar on Game Theory and its applications at IIM Rohtak in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Operations Management Club IIM Rohtak on 17th November 2017.
The seminar will be taken by Mr. Manoj Gadia and it will consist of an interactive session based on Game Theory and its nuances along with some on the spot games plus an online game developed by the Society based on prisoner's dilemma.
Mr. Manoj Gadia is the founder-president of IGTS and is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur where he won the best Msc. Thesis award in economics, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur for his paper "Game Theoretical Tools".
The sole purpose of the seminar is to create interest in game theory and how we should think about others' perspective to better our decision making.

It has been an year since we started IGTS on 30th December, 2015, last year. The journey has been rewarding and fulfilling for us under the leadership and vision of Founder Manoj Gadia.
Some of the highlights of the past year :-
🔹Stratazenith was organised in the months of January (at DTU, IIM rohtak, VIT) and September (at DTU) which saw decent participation.
🔹The The Indian Game Theory Society-DTU chapter and The Indian Game Theory Society- IIM Rohtak chapter was formally setup on 15th June.
🔹October saw the organisation of Stratazenith in IIM Rohtak by members from IGTS DTU in the IIM Management Conclave.
🔹 The KGPian Game Theory Society (IIT KGP chapter) organised War of Wits in IIT Khargpur in the month of October.
We at IGTS having completed 1 year now are looking forward to our future endeavours with Game Theory.
