A special workshop was organized at Bright Scholar Sr. Sec. school for the Health and Wellness intership students of class IX and X. The session was addressed by the school counselor, Ms. Tanu Handa, who provided valuable insights on the importance of mental health, ways to cope with stress, and how to develop a positive mindset.
Principal Dr. Kiran Dalal was also present during the workshop and encouraged the students to share their thoughts and take care of their emotional well-being. Students actively participated in the session and shared their own experiences as well.
The session was very informative and beneficial for the students, and it was appreciated by all the participants.
