KUNDALINI YOGA - it is not about feeling it is about freeing
Real Kundalini Yoga was never merely about sensations, emotional highs, or feeling spiritually unique.
In the traditional yogic sciences, Kundalini referred to the awakening of consciousness through disciplined sadhana, purification, tapas, prana-sadhana, meditation, and transcendence of identification with mind.

Its purpose was:
• to awakening the chakras through dharana
• to refine and elevate consciousness
• to free prana from unconscious conditioning
• to dissolve attachment to identity and mind

The goal was not stimulation.The goal was liberation.
Today, Kundalini is often presented as:
• quick energetic activation
• pleasurable sensations
• emotional catharsis
• spiritual performance
• mystical identity

But in authentic yogic tradition, awakening was not measured by intensity of sensation.It was measured by: stillness,clarity,detachment,awareness,and freedom from compulsive identification.

Real Kundalini was a path toward Moksha freedom from the cycle of suffering and unconscious existence. Not entertainment.Not performance.Not spiritual intoxication.

Most people think their sadhana has begun
But if your mind is still swinging between past and future it hasn’t even started yet.

Yoga does not begin with complexity. It begins with equality. If there is no samatva (inner balance),
then all your effort is just movement not transformation. You may be practicing daily but where is your mind? Lost in memory. Projected into imagination. Rarely here. And that is why your practice is not giving you depth.

In traditional Yoga, quantity is not the goal Developed equality is. Until your breath, mind, and awareness come into balance, sadhana remains incomplete. There is a simple but powerful doorway:

Samavṛtti Pranayama
(Equal inhale • equal exhale • equal awareness)
A practice so subtle yet so precise that it starts pulling your mind into the present moment.
Not forcefully. But naturally.

Practice:
10 conscious rounds daily
with equal rhythm and complete awareness.
Do this consistently and you will notice Your mind stops running. Your awareness becomes sharp.Your presence deepens. This is where Yoga begins.
Not in doing more but in becoming equal.
