The course curriculum of 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program integrates the syllabus of 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training and 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training courses which includes gaining in-depth understanding of classical Hatha Yoga and popular Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga along with Ayurveda treatment procedures as well as powerful meditation techniques and effective pranayama methods.

The primary focus of 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program organized by Rishikesh Yoga Academy is to cultivate efficient teaching skills in the participants who are rewarded with globally recognized Yoga Teacher Training certificate after successful completion of the course which allows them to get registered with Yoga Alliance USA to become certified Yoga teachers.

Rishikesh Yoga Academy provides world class accommodation facilities including western style bathroom attached to well-ventilated rooms. 24x7 Wi-Fi facilities are also available in the Ashram. Pure vegetarian nutritious and organic meals are served thrice a day.

Special Schedule
Every Saturday: 08:30 A.M. ~ Satkarma i.e. cleansing process with Jalneti, Sutraneti, Vaman, Laghushanka Prakshalan, etc.
Every Sunday: OFF for trekking, sight-seeing or other activities.
