β¨οΈIda, Pingala, and Sushumna are the three primary nadis (subtle energy channels) in yogic philosophy that carry prana (life force) throughout the bodyπ§¬
Ida Nadi π(Lunar/Left) represents the feminine, calming, creative, and intuitive aspects. It is associated with the left nostril, cooling energy, and right-brain activity.
Pingala Nadi βοΈ(Solar/Right) represents the masculine, logical, active, and heating energy. It is associated with the right nostril and left-brain activity.
Sushumna Nadi π(Central) is the central channel within the spine extending from the root chakra to the crown chakra. It remains dormant while the left and right nadis are active, and is activated when Ida and Pingala are balanced
Ida and Pingala represent the dualities of life, similar to yin and yang. Their balance brings mental clarity, better physical health, and optimal functioning in the world.
When the Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) or other yoga practices balance the Ida and Pingala, prana flows through the central Sushumna channel, leading to higher consciousness. ππ»π€

Karmanye Vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana, Ma Karmaphalaheturbhurma Te Sangostvakarmani, chapter 2 verse 47.
Have a gentle reminder to not be attached to any outcomes of your actions.
The key here is to not be motivated by what you're doing.
The intention alone should be enough.
Doing something to achieve something can cause anxiety and stress or even be completely demotivating so you don't do it at all!
If you replace actions to
"resolving an argument"
"Work project"
"Exam deadlines"
"Going to the gym"
If you go into these things with a desired outcome and that was the only reason you were doing it, you're only going to invite disappointment and anxiety. The world doesn't work the way you want it to just because you desire it.
Do these things because they align with you and it is your duty to do it.. selfless action π€
Its totally liberating and freeing πͺΆβ¨οΈ
How can you practice to unattach to outcomes and do it for the sake of duty, of dharma? Are you ready for true liberation? ππ
