Igniting Young Minds, Inspiring Future Nation Builders 🇮🇳

Seema Dental College & Hospital proudly participated in the Yuva Agniveer Samvad 2026, organized at Kuanwala, Dehradun, under the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji.

Held under the esteemed banner of the National Service Scheme (NSS), the programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 40 NSS volunteers from the institution. The event was graced by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami Ji, who inspired the youth by highlighting the state's landmark achievements, including the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), transparent recruitment processes, and initiatives for women's empowerment.

Prior to the event, the NSS contingent was ceremonially flagged off from the college campus in the gracious presence of the Principal, NSS Programme Officer, and Heads of Departments, who extended their best wishes.

As part of the celebration, a tree plantation drive was organized within the college campus. An enriching Continuing Dental Education (CDE) Program on "Smarter Everyday Practice: From Preventive Dentistry to Class II Management" was successfully conducted at Seema Dental College & Hospital, Rishikesh, in collaboration with VOCO India.

We were privileged to have Dr. Sorna Nagarajan, Clinical Educator & Product Specialist, VOCO India, who delivered an insightful session on preventive dentistry, restorative excellence, Deep Marginal Elevation (DME), and practical clinical tips.

The program was followed by an engaging hands-on workshop, where participants gained valuable experience with modern restorative techniques and materials under expert guidance.
