🌸Few glimpses of the Guru Purnima Celebrations and Book Launch🌸

On this sacred day of Guru Purnima, we bow with gratitude to the unbroken lineage of the Himalayan Tradition and to the Guru Spirit that awakens wisdom, compassion, and inner freedom.

At Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, devotees and seekers gathered in prayer, meditation, chanting, and sacred fire offerings, celebrating the grace of the Guru with reverence and joy.

On this most auspicious occasion there was a book launch of new publication " Guru- Disciple Relationship, Volume III: Guru Purnima Messages by Swami Rama and Swami Veda Bharati" and reprint of "God" by Swami Veda Bharati.

This humble offering carries forward his timeless teachings and serves as a companion for sincere aspirants on the path.

May this Guru Purnima inspire us to purify the mind, deepen our practice, and become worthy vessels of the wisdom entrusted to us.

With folded hands, we offer our pranāms to the Guru Paramparā and extend our heartfelt blessings to all.

Full Moon Meditation and Guru Purnima: 29 July 2026. For Full Moon Meditation, you are invited to sit for meditation for an hour wherever you are. Total beginners and longtime practitioners, non-initiates and initiates are welcome. If you cannot sit for the entire hour, sit as long as you are able; as Swami Veda has said, “Let the quietness of the mind continue even after you rise...”
Local Timings
7 AM in India (IST), surrounding countries adjust the time accordingly, for example Iran is 5 AM.
8 PM in East Asia, 8 PM Singapore time. Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand etc. adjust their times to coincide with Singapore time 8 PM.
8 PM in U.K. (London Time).Those in all European, and all African time zones, please adjust your sitting time to coincide with 8 PM United Kingdom.

🌸Guru Purnima Pujas and Celebrations🌸

A few glimpses of the beginning of the 9-day celebration of Guru Purnima at Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama. The Pujas begin on 21st July and will continue till the day of Guru Purnima.
These 9- days include akhanda-patha (24-hour non-stop recitation) of the Guru-Gita, the Song to the Guru, and the fire offering. The akhanda-patha of the Guru-Gita is offered both at the SRSG and the Sadhana Mandir Ashram by 11 Pandits each. 
This special celebration is a reminder for us to pay our homage to the Guru Lineage that has bestowed upon us the great blessings of mantra, meditation, initiation and the teachings of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. This way we also recommit ourselves to our practices.

Mahasamadhi Celebration of our beloved Swami Veda Bharati ji🌸

With hearts filled with reverence and gratitude, we gathered to honor the sacred life and eternal legacy of our beloved Guru, Swami Veda Bharati ji.
The celebration began with a sacred fire offering (Havan), symbolizing our prayers, devotion, and surrender to the Divine. The air resonated with the vibrations of Vedic chanting and Guru Stotras, as each mantra became an offering of love and remembrance.

Through meditation, prayers, chanting, and floral offerings, we came together in profound gratitude.

Though the physical form has merged with the Infinite, the Guru's presence remains alive in every sincere practice, every moment of inner silence, and every heart touched by his teachings.

As we offered flowers into the sacred space and prayers into the sacred fire of yajna, we were reminded of that Swami Ji's eternal presence continues to guide us toward peace, wisdom, and Self-realization.

May we honor his legacy not only through remembrance, but by living his teachings with humility, compassion, and unwavering dedication.
