'Find a purpose in your life'
As a wellness practitioner i have found my purpose to heal people through our energy, give them good vibes, people who are out of their path to bring them back, in life we will meet peoples who need help, people who are in search of good vibes.
I myself have experienced how to create a level, level of self aware, aware about your body, aware about your life, aware about living peacefully, aware about how to bring joy in life, aware about how to cure your diseases, about stress relief, anxiety, after all we only have two things life and health, if you know how to take care of these two valuable things life will be amazing.

In the yogic culture, Shiva is not known as a God, but as the first Guru or the Adi Guru. He is the Adi Yogi or the first Yogi. Out of his realisation, he became ecstatic and danced all over the mountains or sat absolutely still.
His meditating and Yogic energies are so high that he controls the entire functioning of the universe in his subconscious mind. Lord Shiva, being a Yogi, is also called, Adinatha, Maha Yogi, Yogeshwara, and the greatest Yogi whose all forms of Yoga impact body, energy, mind, emotion, and cosmic intelligence.
Lord Shiva, is considered to be the most divine among all Hindu gods. ... In the Hindu religion, Lord Shiva is also considered to be the father of the whole universe. Worshipping Lord Shiva keeps one's mind calm and balanced and also keeps sorrows away.
Everyone knows that he is the God of nirvana. If you want to achieve mental and spiritual well being, all you need to do is pray to him and worship him with a true heart. Not only will you gain mental peace but it will also enhance your chakras for better spiritual health.

Still a long way to go.
Beautiful things happen for a reason.
Before coming into yoga I tried doing many jobs but there always was a satisfaction missing, so finally in 2014 I stepped in yoga, and journey started in transforming my life, slowly and gradually I started enjoying the way you open up your mind, your body, connection of every part of your body, become more aware towards yourself and your energies, the positivity, the thought process, changed completely with daily practice of asanas, pranayam, meditation with my guru
After practicing for almost 2 years, making myself more calm and trying to discover more things into yoga, I started my journey as a Yoga teacher, I have met 1000s of people during this journey and still to meet many more.
One thing that kept me on this path was my fathers happiness, my family happiness, They are proud and happy with what I was doing.
This journey I have dedicated to my father. Who has always lived a simple life, gave me life lessons,
