245 Educators of District Reasi Trained by DIET Reasi under Adolescence Education Programme (AEP).

A total of 245 educators from Government and Private Institutions of District Reasi were trained by DIET Reasi under the Refresher Training on Adolescence Education Programme (AEP), organised in collaboration with the Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education, Jammu.
The training was held for two days on the same theme, with the objective of strengthening educators' understanding of adolescence education and enabling them to effectively disseminate the acquired knowledge among students across the district.
The Resource Persons for the training were drawn from the Health Department and DIET, namely Dr. Alok Jha; Ms. Ritu Sawhney, AFHC Counsellor; Ms. Vandhana Magotra, HOD; and Mr. B.D. Dubey, Master and Co-Coordinator. They enriched the training sessions with their expertise and provided valuable inputs on different aspects of the Adolescence Education Programme.
Principal DIET Reasi, Sh. Deepak Kumar Gupta, along with his DIET team, organised the training in a systematic manner so that its impact could percolate to every nook and corner of District Reasi.
Mr. Riaz Hussain, HOD and Coordinator of the training, beautifully set the context of the theme and highlighted the significance of adolescence education.
The DIET team comprised Mr. Veenit Sharma, Ms. Rohi Sharma, Mr. Naresh Kumar, Mr. Parshotam Singh, Mr. Hans Raj, Ms. Sabia Begum,Mr Sanju Kumar and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, who contributed towards the smooth and successful conduct of the training programme.
The two-day training culminated with an address by Principal DIET Reasi, Sh. Deepak Kumar Gupta, who conveyed a strong message to take this noble cause to every student in every corner of the district, so that knowledge, attitudes, values and skills are embedded in all the youth of District Reasi.
The programme concluded with a renewed commitment to ensure that the objectives and message of the Adolescence Education Programme (AEP) reach students throughout the district.
