The 1st Induction Programme for the newly admitted LL.B. students was successfully conducted on 09 November 2025 at UIMLS, Rayagada.

The programme was graced by SMT. NIBEDITA PATRI , Chief Patron and President, Governing Body, UIMLS, Rayagada. We were honoured by the presence of SJ. SUBRATA KUMAR ACHARAYA , OJS, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Rayagada, as the Chief Guest.

The session featured an insightful address by Dr. Dushmant Kumar Mohanty, Retired Professor, Govt. Women's College, Rayagada, as the Chief Speaker. The programme was further enriched by the presence of Adv. Subhra Panda and Adv. Padmanava Dash , DJ Court, Rayagada, as Guests of Honour.

We were also privileged to have Adv. Braja sundar Nayak , Special PP, Rayagada, as Adviser, and SJ. Govinda Prasad Rath, Director, GIST Engineering College, Rayagada, as Special Guest.

The ceremonial lamp lighting, guest felicitation, inspiring speeches, and enthusiastic participation of students made the event a memorable beginning to their legal education journey.
