​क्या हुआ है: पूर्वी चम्पारण जिले में कड़ाके की ठंड और शीत लहर को देखते हुए, जिलाधिकारी (DM) सौरभ जोरवाल ने शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों पर प्रतिबंध बढ़ा दिया है।
​किस पर लागू: यह आदेश जिले के सभी निजी और सरकारी स्कूलों (प्री-स्कूल और आंगनवाड़ी सहित) और कोचिंग संस्थानों पर लागू है (कक्षा 12वीं तक)।
