The Department of Chemical Engineering, FAMT Ratnagiri, successfully organized an Industrial Visit on Solar System and Safety at Vav Life Science, Ratnagiri on 04/10/2025 (Saturday) from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.

A total of 39 students from SE, TE, and BE classes actively participated in the visit. Students gained practical insights into solar power generation, installation techniques, and industrial safety practices. The session greatly enhanced their technical knowledge and awareness about renewable energy and workplace safety.

The ACES Team (Association of Chemical Engineering Students) has distributed eco-friendly cotton bags to all faculty members of the department as a step towards promoting sustainability and reducing the use of plastics.

We appreciate the team’s thoughtful initiative and active contribution towards environmental awareness.
