Janmashtami and Glowing Faces: A Divine Celebration

There is nothing quite as magical as the infectious enthusiasm of our tiny tots, but pair that boundless energy with the vibrant festivities of Janmashtami, and you reach an entirely new level of joy. This pure, unadulterated delight was on full display during the spectacular Janmashtami celebrations hosted at Mango Tree by SVM.
Our little learners looked absolutely breathtaking as they arrived dressed in their traditional best. Adding to the divine charm of the day, several children melted our hearts by donning the iconic attire and playful persona of the very Godhead we revere on this auspicious occasion. The campus was beautifully transformed into a miniature Vrindavan, echoing with joyful giggles, festive devotion, and radiant glowing faces.

To Market, To Market: A Journey of Discovery

We often hear the old adage that "seeing is believing," but when it comes to our vibrant little learners in the Pre-Primary section, a much more profound truth applies: "seeing is understanding." Experiential learning always takes centre-stage at SVM, and this philosophy came beautifully to life during our recent field trip to the local Reliance Mart in Shivaji Nagar.
With wide eyes and boundless curiosity, our tiny tots transformed into eager little explorers for the day. Under the warm, watchful guidance of their dedicated facilitators and the incredibly cooperative staff at the mart, the children embarked on a fascinating tour through the bustling aisles. From fresh produce to daily household essentials, our young learners carefully observed and made mental notes of the myriad of items available to the local community.
It was a delightful adventure in real-world learning, proving once again that some of the most impactful classrooms are found just beyond the school gates.

Rooted in Joy and Discovery - Mango Tree Preschool.

The early years of a child’s life are a magical window of discovery. At Mango Tree by SVM, we believe that preschool is much more than just child’s play - it is the vital foundation upon which lifelong learning and happiness are built, wouldn't you agree?
Here is why a nurturing preschool experience is an essential first step in your little one's journey:
- Our vibrant classrooms are the perfect spaces for children to learn the beautiful art of sharing toys, gracefully taking turns during games, and forging their very first meaningful friendships.

- By gently introducing our young learners to a structured daily schedule and positive classroom routines, we make the transition to school smooth, familiar, and completely fear-free.

- A child's mind is a sponge; Through engaging, hands-on, and fun-filled activities, we ignite their innate wonder, encouraging them to ask questions and joyfully explore the vibrant world around them.

- Every small task completed independently is a giant leap for a child's self-esteem. We cultivate a supportive environment where doing things on their own fills them with immense pride and a deep sense of self-reliance.
At Mango Tree, we don't just teach; we nurture tiny roots so they can grow into confident, curious, and capable learners.

Celebrating Freedom: Independence Day@Mango Tree

The spirit of freedom shone brightly at Mango Tree as our Playgroup and Nursery learners celebrated India's Independence Day. The centre was transformed into a vibrant sea of saffron, white, and green, with our little ones looking absolutely adorable in their tricolour attire. Some even melted our hearts by dressing up as iconic freedom fighters, bringing a touch of history to the festivities.
The celebration kicked off with an engaging audio-visual presentation, gently introducing our youngest learners to the true significance and joy of Independence Day. This was followed by a heartwarming showcase of patriotic dance performances, where every class took to the stage, dancing to the rhythm of national pride and unity.
Amidst the joyous twirls and cheers, the children enjoyed a delightful shared snack time. As the memorable day concluded, our little patriots were treated to sweet refreshments and handed a beautifully crafted, handmade paper lotus - our national flower, as a special token of love and a reminder of their beautiful heritage.

Fishing Fun - Hooked onto the letter "F".

Learning the alphabet is an adventure, and our Playgroup learners dive right in. To revise the letter 'F', our tiny tots embarked on a delightful indoor fishing expedition. Armed with little fishing sticks, they eagerly hooked colorful paper fish nestled inside a vibrant hoop pond.
Beyond the giggles and excitement, this hands-on activity was a masterclass in purposeful play. It reinforced the visual recognition of the letter 'F', its phonetic sound, and the vocabulary word "Fish," while expertly reeling in crucial developmental milestones. From enhancing hand-eye coordination and fine-motor skills to boosting deep concentration and practicing controlled physical movements, our little anglers proved that education is always better when it's fun.

Colors of Freedom: Independence Day Anticipation

As the historic day draws near, an undeniable air of anticipation and patriotic pride sweeps through the vibrant corridors of SVM. This joyful fervour is especially contagious among our Pre-Primary and Primary learners, who eagerly await every opportunity to showcase their budding artistic talents, be that through visual art, graceful dance, or soulful singing.
Featured here are our adorable Pre-Primary stars, fully immersed in a delightful visual art session. With tiny hands and boundless enthusiasm, they crafted beautiful tri-colour handprints. This thoughtfully designed activity not only sparked their creativity but also beautifully sowed the early seeds of love, respect, and unity for our great nation.
