World Humanitarian Day is celebrated on 19th August every year.It is celebrated through advocacy, volunteering and donations.
S .K.S Public School like every year,this year also has celebrated the day by donating food items of 30 bags comprisingRice,Pulses,Potatoes,
Biscuits,Flour etc given by the parents through their children and school has handed over to Vivekananda Sevakendra ,Raniganj.Especially to children and people who are in need of food and having difficulties to arrange it and Vivekananda Seva kendra has given them Shelter. Thanks and regards to the Maharaj ji for accepting this and our heartfelt thanks and regards to the supporting Parents of our school.

Today our Pre Nursery kids celebrated Independence Day by drawing the *tricolor.

Stronger finger grip, better focus, and love for the nation — all in one activity!

1. Fine Motor Skills: Holding crayons, coloring inside lines strengthens tiny hand muscles for writing later ✍️
2. Creativity & Imagination: They imagine tricolor flags, peacocks, India Gate their way 🌈
3. Patriotism & Values: Drawing tiranga, soldiers, doves helps them feel Independence Day, not just hear about it
4. Focus & Patience: Sitting and completing one drawing teaches concentration
5. Self-Expression: Kids who can’t speak big words can show “I love my country” through colors
6. Confidence: “I made this!” moment boosts self-esteem

With freedom in our minds, faith in our words, pride in our souls like this way our school's little souls of class VI showed their respect towards our nation through Display Board Decoration Competition which was held on 08.08.2026(Saturday) among all sections of class VI.
As we celebrate our Independence, let's renew our commitment to build a better India for future generations. Wish Independence Day will bring harmony, joy, and prosperity to all of us.
