What is an Exam? Is it a real test of our knowledge,skill and experience or just a formality or a rat race? We become so tensed and panic just because we are going to appear in the exam or interview.

Can a question paper or few questions of an interview decide our fate or destiny and our life? Will it rule our life or is there anything else which is even more important. We need to think over it.

The day when we may have appeared for the exam, may not be our day and we might have missed few questions to answer. This result can't rule our life.

Our life is really ruled by the knowledge, skill and the experience we have. Our outlook towards the life, our approach towards life is more important than anything else.

Somehow, someday, somewhere we get another chance to prove ourselves. We appear in different exam where we get the true recognition and we come out with the flying colors.

We win afterwards and we never look back.
Exam or interview is just to test that do we know the questions that are asked to be answered? If yes we can then we score good marks or it may be possible that at that point of time we may not be knowing the answers rather we may be knowing the answers of the different questions of the same topic. Then how can it really test our knowledge and abilities.

We should always only work to enhance our knowledge, skills and experience. This will only be useful and work for our life.

Love yourself and Pls don't discourage yourself, you may have another day worthy for yourself. Believe in yourself, trust on your knowledge and have faith that you are doing the right thing.

A mind blowing workshop is being organized at Harindanga high school Pakur for Bed teachers. Everyone enjoyed the show. We discussed as how can we inspire the students. New ideas, tips, tools and techniques were also discovered and discussed. Khushboo Lakshmi also worked as the coordinator of the program. Sweta Tiwary and Shivangi too worked as an associate.Thanks to everyone from being a part of the great show. See you in the next program.
