The themed walls are interactive telling the little ones all about ‘Winnie the Pooh’ and other characters. There are adequate toilet facilities where hygiene is maintained by our trained staff at regular intervals and the children are also toilet trained. The toilets have been designed as per the comforts of the toddlers. The wall tiles also transport you to the land of ‘Winnie the Pooh’ & teddy bear. We are the only pre-school in Ranchi to import all our furniture and infrastructure made from non-toxic elements. we have provided audio and visual learning aids for the little ones and our well stocked library has been set up by the principal knowing well what the child loves reading- books that offer beautiful visuals and interesting stories. Story- telling and Poetry Corner

Adjacent to the library is our story telling and poetry corner decorated with imported soft toys and cushions that help learn alphabets & poetries and moral stories. Even our art and activity corner is stocked with exciting and creative tools to help nurture the little artist in each child. Play Centre

It is a dedicated room for indoor activities. Filled with educational toys and ‘pretend play’ is a favourite with the restless tiny tots. Along with other pretend play toys we will also use the puppet theatre to entertain and educate our kids through puppet plays. A Large Play Area

The outside play area could make even the adults want to relive their childhood. An attractive large play station is installed on a padded ground that would protect the toddlers from hurting themselves. Since we know how much children like playing with sand we have installed a clean and hygienic sand pit with all the beach toys to add to the tropical fun. The ‘Rock climbing’ unit and rocking animals make the kids sporty and adventurous. Air-Conditioned Pick-Up and Drop
We also provide air-conditioned pick up and drop facility with a bus mother on board for the comforts of our playful kids so that every step of their learning with us is a joy ride. Hygienic Pantry

The Staff at Step by Step has been recruited after a lot of consideration where every teacher has been hand-picked to take care of the little ones when they are away from home. We have ensured that we create a place for learning a home away from home where the tiny tots are treated with care and warmth that no other school in Ranchi can provide. Our partners Mrs RenuThakur and Mr Anil Kumar understand the child’s needs and know the care that a child needs in its most crucial and formative years. Kumar has been associated with international firms and having worked and lived in Dubai. He brings along an international perspective and understanding hence helps keep ourselves abreast with the Global standards of Early Education.
