To celebrate the joy and importance of reading, we joyfully observed World Book Day. Our little learners participated enthusiastically by making colourful bookmarks and engaging children in simple discussions about their favorite stories and characters under the guidance of their teachers.
Through such activities, we aimed to instill in our children love for books from an early age, encouraging them to explore the wonderful world of stories and knowledge.

Plantation Activity at St. Michael’s Play School, COBWEB, Pandra, Ranchi

“Let us nurture nature today, for a greener and brighter tomorrow.”

Our tiny green champions joyfully took part in a delightful Plantation Activity, getting their hands in the soil and hearts connected to nature. With sparkling eyes and eager hands, they planted saplings, embracing the beauty of nurturing life.

This enriching experience helped our young learners understand the vital role plants play in keeping our environment fresh, green, and full of life. It wasn’t just an activity—it was a beautiful lesson in love, responsibility, and care for Mother Earth.

The day blossomed with smiles, learning, and a deep sense of connection with nature, leaving our little ones inspired to protect the world around them.

First and Second Day of School
St.Michael's Play School was filled with smiles, laughter and little footsteps as our tiny tots began their beautiful journey of learning!

The first two days of school were filled with warmth and joy, as our teachers extended a delightful and heartfelt welcome to all our little learners.

From colorful decorations to friendly greetings, every moment was designed to make the children feel comfortable, happy and excited.

Our little stars explored their new environment, made new friends, and took their first steps toward a bright future. It was truly heartwarming to see their enthusiasm and curiosity shine through.

The Creative Fiesta Art and Craft Exhibition at St. Michael's Play School turned out to be an unforgettable blast! 🎉 The event brought together the school’s little Picassos and our young innovators teamed up with their proud teachers and parents on 14th March 2026, Saturday from 8:30 a.m.onwards at Cobweb, Pandra, Ratu Road, Ranchi.
The exhibition showcased creativity with joyful explosion of imagination.
Kids crafted colourful creatures from 'Sky to Soil' – birds flying high, animals roaming free, fish swimming happily, and insects buzzing with cheer. Collage work mixed with vibrant fingertip prints and palm prints left everyone amazed. A thematic display featured animals, birds, insects, festivals, fruits and vegetables, turning the venue into a colourful world of imagination. Young speakers and experimenters took the stage, sharing exciting facts on various topics that kept everyone hooked and inspired.
The Flag-tastic journey was full of energy. Kids crafted vibrant flags by tearing paper, showcasing other countries too. The festive energy was contagious.
The 'Healthy Basket Corner' was a rainbow of fruits and veggies with nutrition tips.
The road safety project was truly impressive! Kids highlighted the importance of following traffic rules with vibrant displays and interactive demos.
The kids magical words performance was pure enchantment, leaving the parents spellbound with charming smiles.
The young scientists stole the show with their mind‑blowing experiments that turned the exhibition into a mini lab of wonders!
The whole session buzzed with discovery, creativity and youthful enthusiasm, making the art and craft exhibition a perfect blend of Science and imagination!
The Principal Mrs.Vandana Behl thanked the parents, children and her teachers for pouring their heart and soul for the art and craft exhibition.
