St.Xavier's School Doranda Ranchi

The Society of Jesus, a Christian Religious Order founded by St. St. Xavier’s School Doranda, Ranchi, is named after St.

Ignatius of Loyola in 1540, has been active in the field of education throughout the world since its origin. Francis Xavier, a Jesuit saint of the 16th Century who travelled to India. It was founded in 1960 and is managed by the Fathers of the Society of Jesus popularly known as Jesuits. It is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi. It prepares students for the ICSE (10th - only boys) and ISC (12th – Co-ed) examinations conducted by the Council.
