HRfX – The Human Resource Management Club of XISS, presents the diverse learnings gained by the HRM Batch of 2024–26 during their Industrial Visit.
From 14-23 September 2026, the HRM students set out on an extensive Industrial Visit across Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. During this journey, the students had the opportunity to explore leading organizations such as ITC Limited, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Airbus, Flipkart, Taj Hotels, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, ICICI Bank, Godrej Group, Reliance Jio, Tata Steel, and many more.
They gained first-hand experience in bridging the gap between campus to corporate and theory to practice!
From talent management and HR analytics to sustainability, digital transformation, and employee engagement, the visit provided an in-depth look into contemporary HR practices. The experience was further enriched with valuable career insights during the Alumni meet, which concluded the visit on a high note.
