Title: *BIHAR AND ASSAM FLOOD RELIEF*

As it is known to all, due to heavy rainfall the beginning of 2019 rainy season triggered flooding in North East and some parts of *Assam*.
This is due to increase of Mighty Brahmaputra and its tributaries are flowing above the danger marked in Guwahati and other parts of the State.

*The same condition has been seen in Bihar. As Bihar is badly affected by the flood, large scale damage has been reported from *Madhubani, Sheohar, Darbhanga and Kishanganj District.*

*We Appeal To Everyone For Helping The Victims Of The Flood.*

The Rotarians, Rotaractors and Others; let's all unite and raise our hands for helping the victims of Flood. The people suffering there don't know when their life will be back to normal phase, they don't have their homes, living off with a limited supply of food, they don't have clothes to wear and much more...

*How and What we can do to help them?*

Few suggestions listed here:

1. We can collect these from local areas of our clubs through collection/donation drive or by going door to door for a certain period.

2. We can go to schools and hospitals and talk to them for help in contributing materials.

3. The collected materials from all over clubs will be sent to Bihar and Assam.
