Parthenium is more than an invasive weed—it threatens human and animal health, biodiversity and agricultural productivity.

The ICAR–Directorate of W**d Research (ICAR-DWR), Jabalpur is at the forefront of efforts to manage and eradicate this menace through awareness, community participation and effective biological control technologies. From promoting safe management practices to disseminating biological control agents such as 𝘡𝘺𝘨𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘢, ICAR-DWR is working towards reducing Parthenium infestation and protecting our agro-ecosystems.
