3rd batch concluded for Paras HEC hospital at Ranchi.
Happy faces means satisfied audience and that is what we always aspire whenever we go for a session.

LevelUP: Batch 3 Day 1 for Paras HEC Hospital Ranchi
A specialised training program for the Nursing/GRE/Front Desk employees wherein they learn the intricacies patients & their attendants management.
The program is designed in a manner to upskill them and bring in the patient satisfaction.
This was Day 1 & we have another 3 days to go.

The stage was set

It was a cultural program and we were given a perfect opportunity to let the newcomers know about the programs which we had to offer.
English language is an integral part in anyone’s career growth and we are there to offer at the best possible price in the market.
This is what we wanted to convey the students and they were overwhelmed with the details they received.
We hope to partner them in their growth and overall it was an enjoyable session for all of us

“AspireAchieve”

2 day workshop for the students of NTPC Maiti on “Employability Skill”.

It was an absolute pleasure and a learning for us while training these students from a semi-rural background. They were overwhelmed at the end of 2nd day and requested more of these kind of training.

We hope to return with something new to train them on.

“AspireAchieve” 2 day workshop for the students of NTPC Maiti Barkagaon on “Employability Skills”. It was a great 2 days of learning for us as we came to know what kind of challenges do they face and how can we be a support to them. “The Art of Leadership” Workshop on leadership skills for the faculty of

“THE ART OF LEADERSHIP”

Faculty of Jharkhand Govt.Tool Room, Ranchi. had a full day to witness how leadership skills can be implemented while being a teacher. Teachers shoulder a very heavy burden of grooming the future of a country and it becomes very imperative that they behave a like a Leader and lead their students in a right direction.

It was absolutely a privilege for us to train them as we in an indirect manner contributed our bit

4 day workshop concluded on 8th April at Paras Hospital Ranchi.

2nd batch of this training was for front level employees.

This training is in sync with hospital industry demands of patient happiness as it covers the important aspects of behavioural facets in form of Employee and
We expect do more of these kind of training’s so that Paras as a brand can excel in this competitive market.

Year In Review: 2022
Our journey towards the Financial Awareness continued and reached to the destination of Silli Polytechnic.
The students were absolutely enthusiastic to learn the basics of the Financial Market and had a lot of queries which we were very happy to resolve.
Overall it was a fun learning session and our journey continued towards.

Our journey in enriching and enhancing the students reached beyond the boundaries of Ranchi to Ramgarh.

The students of Trinity D Pharma College, Ramgarh enjoyed the session in full and were overjoyed to have someone like us reaching out to them and enlightening them on “Importance of Soft Skills”.

Overall it was a satisfying experience for us as we added some value to their lives and our umbrella’s reach started to extend its reach beyond the boundaries of Ranchi.
