The KV CCL was established in 1984 in Project sector with single section upto V class. In due course it upgraded upto X and XII level in Science stream.

Due to unavoidable financial constraints faced by the CCL project, the vidyalaya was reduced to X Kendriya Vidyalaya, C.C.L. Rajendranagar Ranchi, one of the most prestigious educational institutions of Ranchi, the capital city of Jharkhand State. Good News:
has set up PARAS Hospital as specific hospital. From today onwards this hospital is ready to admit , +ve patients. A 50 beds isolation unit has been set up at the hospital by the administration.
